I have dined here before but this time was different. They had nothing I requested on the menu. When I finally chose the salmon(an easy dish to make), the chef just could not get it right. I ordered mine “well done” after three different plates of the same order it just kept coming out almost raw. I hope they get it together cause I like this place and would hate to add it to my DNV list.

Granted, we did go a little late however the hostess as well as the waiter assured us that it was not an issue. He was a little less attentive than what I would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. He was very kind and personable. Two of us ordered filet steaks medium, one ordered medium well, and another medium rare. They all came out very well done with the exception of the medium well and it was medium well to well. The waiter didn't check on us the MOD did. She was not happy that our steaks were not cooked correctly however it is wagyu so it was still tender and okay. Since it was so late we felt like it probably wasn't the best plan to ask them to recook them because they probably would not have come out even as good as they did the first time. The MOD did pay for our desserts, which was a nice gesture, however they are a fraction of the cost of what the steak was. The sides were generous portions and we ordered 4 different ones and shared, which was encouraged. The decor and atmosphere are inviting. The live music I could have done without. The front doors create a pocket and it was extremely windy and cold so every single time the door opened I got colder and so did the overall temperature of the restaurant.

My company had our holiday party at this location and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I worked with Chelsea to organize the event and menu. She was professional, very responsive, and a pleasure to work with. During the event we had Darren, Jeff, and Aylin as our servers as well as Andzelica as our dedicated bartender. With a group of 60 of us, I can’t tell you enough how courteous, attentive, friendly, professional, and genuine each of these employees were. The food and atmosphere were wonderful, but the people helped make the night memorable. We look forward to having our party at this location again next year. Highly recommend!
